Right now in Los Angeles, LucasFilm is shooting some secret Star Wars footage featuring Boba Fett, C3PO, Admiral Ackbar and Jawas. No, it’s not for a commercial, one of the Star Wars-related TV shows or, 
thankfully, another live-action movie – instead, they’re filming new footage to be included in Disney’s Star Tours ride. The ride, which hasn’t received any significant updates since 1987 (according toSlashfilm), will be a major part of this summer’s Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park in Florida.

Apparently they’ve added some characters from the prequels, and changed it so that during the ride’s action sequence, you will now be chased by Boba Fett himself. Slashfilm thinks some of the footage may be in 3-D, but that’s not confirmed. Also on tap for Star Wars Weekends are games, attractions, celebrity appearances and much more. This got us thinking about whipping out our Star Wars costumes. Our favorite is the Princess Leia outfit, mostly because we've always thought she's just so beautiful! Though we suppose the other characters aren't terrible.
